Project Initiation: This office design is derived by cumulating modern and industrial design elements. It harmoniously combines practicality with contemporary sophistication. A hybrid working culture has surfaced: working from home interspersed with working out of the office. Designs must now be suitable to this hybrid setup and accommodate a range of new spaces to support the day's needs. Spaces must be ideal for meeting and collaboration in both online and offline modes, cater to various functions, and, therefore, be transformable.

Space Planning and Concept Development:

Design Development: Wood and metal are the two main materials used throughout the office space, with different textures. Metal frames precisely emphasize edges, and the pendant asymmetric ceiling is always a point of focus. Office space design should also be able to adapt to new and unknown futuristic needs by ensuring the flexibility of floor plates. Contemporary trends in workspaces follow an open floor design with ample opportunity for collaborative work.
